As of February 2025 there will no longer be a showroom to visit or orders to collect from. Local customers are welcome to purchase at the markets or purchase online and collect from the markets. 

TURNAROUND TIME 

During school holidays orders are shipped once or twice a week (usually mondays and/or fridays) unless we are away. The next school holidays are spring school holidays 2025.

Outside school holidays orders are dispatched mon, tue & thur except public holidays. Most items (apart from handmade dummy / soother chains) ship within 24-48 business hours of ordering. (Since we do not ship on weekends for late Thursday & Friday to Sunday orders this would be the following Monday or Tuesday).

PLEASE NOTE shopify does not send shipping confirmations on orders that are placed with JUST a mobile phone number.

Express post delivery times 1-5 business days (longer for remote locations)

Regular post delivery times 2-10 business days pending your location.

Tracking numbers are provided in your shipment emails unless you placed your order with a mobile phone number only. Please note I do not have any other information than whats available in your tracking information once in transit. If you experience an issue please contact Australia Post or the carrying courier. If neither can locate your parcel please get in touch. 

All INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped through a tracked service with Australia Post. You are responsible for any import charges or other costs that might be charged in your country.

In some cases parcels have been sent via sea - we pay for air transport however we have no influence over how your parcel is sent - this is sometimes decided at random at the loading dock.

Addresses are transferred onto parcels as provided. Any non delivery due to wrong addresses are not responsibility of Luna's Treasures. If there is a particularly strict policy regarding deliveries to the workplace please provide a private address instead as I cannot resend if the parcels fail to clear security/company policy guidelines.
